Privacy Policy
CPAs have been and continue to be bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by law. Your privacy, our professional ethics and the ability to provide you with quality services are extremely important to us. Therefore, we have always and will continue to protect your right to privacy.

Parties to Whom We Disclose Information
For current and former clients, we do not disclose any non-public personal information obtained in the course of our practice, except as required or permitted by law. Permitted disclosures include providing information to our employees and, in very limited situations, to unrelated third parties who need to know that information to assist us in providing services to you; to participate in the Georgia State Board of Accountancy mandatory peer review program; and to comply with federal, state or local laws — for example, in response to a summons or subpoena, or to your regulator’s request to review our workpapers.

Use of Your Personal Information
Jerry Davis CPA PC collects and uses your personal information to provide the services you have requested. Jerry Davis CPA PC may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Jerry Davis CPA PC.

Jerry Davis CPA PC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Jerry Davis CPA PC may periodically contact you on behalf of external business partners about a service or product offering that may be of interest to you. In order to guard the non-public personal information of your customers or members, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards.
